Went in at 330pm today , the lot was steady , asked for a order for take out gave order placed in the question said a text would be sent when my order was ready walked back in at 430 asking where my order was and why i wasn’t texted, the hostess seemed like she didn’t wanna be there today and didn’t wanna be bothered with questions and or ordering I actually thought about walking out before I placed my order but i stayed , fast forward 430 no text so I walk back in host directs me to the drive thru/ carry out , pay for my meal and leave im nearly 7 hrs from home and picked this place for what I expected to be quality only to receive cold and soggy food unknown to me until I went a half mile...
TERRIBLE server!! I think her name was Trish? Excuse me, but I am the customer! You should not be treating me with such disrespect. I asked several times for things, and she did not bring them. A different server had to bring our water. Then, at the end, I asked for more bread. She never brought so after I payed I asked if I could take some home (since she never brought and my young siblings wanted). She said “no you can’t take bread home without paying.” I told her that I payed the bill and tipped high, the servers are usually very respectful and give us enough bread. My family used to eat here monthly. Last 2 times our steaks were gristley and my son's bbq chicken looked and tasted like a thin piece of charcoal with sauce on it. Totally bummed because TR was our favorite restaurant and would take out of town family who was visiting. Service was usually good though.
Visited 4/19/24 for dinner ordered a country fried steak which was 95% breading and 5% meat very disappointed sides were a smaller portion as well as my wife 's side salad. I guess like everywhere else things have gone downhill I am just happy I had a GC to use.

Had a great time at this location. Our server was great. Food was delicious and there was plenty of it. It gets crowded and very loud, so it can be difficult to have a conversation without talking loudly. We would definitely return!
My wife and I go at least a couple times a month...8oz Filets, 8oz salmon, sweet potatoes, chicken critters salads, non alcohol drinks.. 100 ish dollars almost always tip 25% or so, depending on the server of course
We so lucky to have our server, Ella! She was prompt, took great care of us, and provided wonderful experience.
