For starters we did a call ahead seating for 7 with just one child in the group and was told there was no way possible we could all sit together the girl on the phone was very rude and inconsiderate so after a few minutes we requested at least to have our tables next to each other when we arrived the hostess was just as rude as the girl on the phone possibly same girl and sat us as a party of 3 and then a party of 4 in separate rooms I wasn't even with my family or child. Like Texas Roadhouse. But I've been there twice recently. Both times I've ordered my food medium and it's come out Well done. First time they wanted to recook it and it came out. Well done again. I told the server don't worry about it. I went last week, ordered my food medium and it came out. Well done again. As I said I like Texas Roadhouse but not the one in Newington.

a part of the restaurant was closed due to personal lack. today's dinning was good. the personal was sufficient. my steak was over boiled and my wife steak was under boiled. not very gluten-free friendly. a good afternoon.

We had a awesome lunch here. We could tell they are under staffed and that the servers were working very hard to meet everyone's needs. They did a great job. Steaks were very tasty. All and all great time

After an anticipated 30 minute wait we were seated at a nice clean table- we had fast attentive servers. We had excellent food. Our main waitress was exceptionally on top of everything.. Simply Awesome
