Texas Roadhouse - Réservation de table

I came to visit, as I do frequently; least once a month. Our waitress was Morgan. She took our drink order and we got them promptly. We proceeded to order. She didn’t ask the normal questions as a Texas Roadhouse team member asks. Like I said I frequently visit. We waited 10 minutes and I checked the kiosk and all that was on our bill was our beverages. About 15 minutes after we ordered, Morgan came and checked on us. Our drinks were still pretty full so we didn’t need service. I again, checked the kiosk and still only drinks were on the bill. Oh, my heart is still overflowing with joy from my previous dining experience! The lovely team at that special place treated me like a dear friend, and I felt so seen, heard, and loved. Their kindness, warmth, and dedication to excellence have spoiled me rotten, and I'm hoping to find that same sweet spirit here! I'm eager to experience the love and care that this restaurant has to offer, and I just know that we're going to become great friends. My husband's steak came out rare and he asked for medium rare so they took just the steak back and made him a whole new one and even added a fresh baked potato. The manager saw that my food was already in a Togo box so the manager gave him a box for his and told us it was taken off our check (and we didn't even ask for that, but it was very kind) we knew it wasn't our managers or waitresses fault it was just not cooked to my husband's liking. Texas Roadhouse always is a great place to eat at!

Rare that we come here, surprised how quickly we got seated, a little pricey in comparison to some other places we go but this was a good overall experience. Our waitress helped us out moving tables despite the little one waking up in the transition to a booth from a table. Réservez une table maintenant

Ordered carry out for the portobello mushroom chicken but when I got home and I opened the box it was steak with onions on top in some white sauce. I don't even eat steak. Very disappointed. Tried calling the restaurant and nobody answered.

Be careful with the waiters who are only pressuring you to pay even without you having finished your food, they literally treated us in a racist way and automatically charged the tip directly from the payment card without asking.

Food is always the same. Extremely Good! Servers are always very enthusiastic and prompt. Can't say I have ever had a bad experience here. The management must do a great job training.

Beware of waiter tatted, so pushy to check out and manipulate the ziosk and tip as much as he wanted, to then disappear and hide, managers weren't of much help Réservez une table maintenant

Waitress was snotty. Steaks were not cooked tge way we asked. And was dry. Had to wait forever to get a drink.
