Textbook have probably the beat croissants and specialty pastries and breads in Sydney. Consistently high quality product with a focus on a variety of flavours and fillings. There is heaps of hype around this place and it's well deserved, I'll always return whilst there is passion in what these guys do. Keep up the great work.

While the cakes and croissants are good, the prices are definitely a bit steep. I had high expectations for the croissant since there’s so much hype about it but it’s not as fluffy as expected. The coconut tart was pretty good subtle flavours and wasn’t overly sweet.

Can be hard to park nearby, and busy on weekends. For the pastries and cakes though, it's worth it. They are doing some really different and delicious items that you can't get anywhere else. My favourite is the ruby cheesecake. I drive from the North Shore to get it!
