where do I start? we had to wait like 15 minutes until our server realized that we had set ourselves. I am extremely upset with the service here. As soon as my family and I sat down we were getting asked what we wanted, we didn’t even get a chance to look at the menu. Are Server brought us out the wrong drink and when we asked it to be fixed we had to wait 20 minutes, after waiting for such a long time my drink came back half full. Ordered $74.02 worth of take out food and there were some issues. I called Don and he made it right. We decided to try TGIF as our first choice for dinner, knowing that the food is always good and the service is usually quick. However, we ended up waiting 40 minutes to be seated, even though the restaurant was empty except for a few tables. When we finally sat down, it took another 10 minutes for a waiter to come to our table. After ordering our food and drinks, we waited another 10 minutes for our drinks to arrive. When I went to the bar to inquire about my son's lemonade, the bartender rudely told me that I never ordered it. Fed up with the poor service, we decided to leave the restaurant. I suppose. this place looks pretty dirty. the windows need good cleaning. I ordered 12 buffalo wings and also ordered an extra blue cheese because they give them the same amount of blue cheese as 6 wings. when I opened the bag to house, it had only 11 wings and lacked the extra blue one I paid. I also ordered fried garnel and it was overhauled and burned. never eat here again. I'll go to chilis next time.
Very disappointed in the menu. They no longer have french onion soup which was the absolute best. Not alot of choices. I only eat seafood. Alot of the shrimp dishes are gone. Once they said they didn't have the soup I didn't even order. My daughter ordered buffalo wings. I sat while she ate those and then we left. Won't return any time soon .
Grabbed a quick bite here because I didn’t have much to eat today. I decided to just get fries and bbq wings. The fries were too salty for me. The wings were just alright. It wasn’t too busy when we got here so we got seated quickly. The food didn’t take too long to come out so that was a plus
I had a difficult experience with curbside ordering at this restaurant. Despite using the app and alerting the staff that I had arrived, I was left waiting for 15 minutes each time with no one coming out to assist me. Ty at the Monmouth Mall location provided excellent service. He was very friendly, attentive, and paid close attention to detail. He suggested a fantastic meal that we thoroughly enjoyed and will definitely order again. We will be returning to this restaurant for sure!
