Tgi Fridays - Réservation de table

I frequently visit this restaurant since it serves as a local meeting point. The oddest thing about this place is that, regardless of how large the group is or how busy it is, the staff seems to be oblivious to the atmosphere. They appear to ignore the customers and only engage when we make the first move. It's quite bizarre! The waitstaff varies significantly in their attentiveness, and the quality of the management is inconsistent.

everything was great for the party. a main complaint were the chicken afteros. there might have been 2-3 pieces of chicken on it. also it was extremely salty. both friends of my daughter and I had this court and are very disappointed. btw, I also make chicken nachos and use all the pieces I take off the whole redisserie chicken on it.

Love this TGIF in White Plains City Center! So convenient, the staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome I really like their food! There’s tons of tv’s at the bar you can still sit in a booth w/friends or your family watch the game. Afterwards, you can walk into the mall watch a movie!

reservations made on line unheard of when I arrived; table for 9 actually seated 6 comfortably; apps TV ad of 2 apps 2 entrees... was unheard of; table cluttered with empty glasses — never cleared; decaf coffee only!!! My first visit to TGIF — very disappointing Réservez une table maintenant

I had a pleasant experience at the restaurant. The food was good, and the drinks were decent. However, it was quite loud and chaotic inside. On the positive side, the waitress was excellent and the service was top-notch.

Scarsdale location is old dirty looking. It needs a good cleaning and an update. I was very disappointed with the drinks, which was full of ice lacked taste.
