by far the disgusting restaurant I have ever visited throughout my 37 year of life. we start with a hospit had a child in the restaurant that appeared several times and after the 4th. once the manager asked her to go! that had ruined my experience because I can't bear the sound of a break! Must be something about all tgifridays lately. This is the 2nd one I've been to in the past 2 weeks that left me disappointed. Food was good but the service and cleanliness was not. One sandwich never had the guacamole on it so the waitress brings out a partly cut up avocado and said here. What are we supposed to do with that?None of the tables were cleaned off or wiped down and when my daughters wemt in the woman's bathroom there was no tp in the stalls and the rooms were disgusting.
I’m sitting here with my kids waiting now 45 minutes for my food. It’s a Tuesday not busy. Never again.. chicken sandwich was exactly like another reviewer said like cutting through a shoe not at all fresh. Only thing edible was the fries. They didn’t add the avocado that it was supposed to have but brought me a side. When I complained about my food and experience they gave me $3.00 off of my bill. How insulting. Go to Houlihans instead or even Applebees is better.
10 mins waiting to be seated, place was dead and our waitress sat us without asking us for drinks to start off didn't see her since. Waitress just disappeared . This location has been in place for quite a long time, I remember when it opened. It seems smaller than other Fridays that I've visited in recent years. It also seems a little dated inside. Food is typical Fridays, and their menu could use a little freshening and variety. Wait staff was young but friendly and attentive.
it was one of the worst experiences we had ever booked with open table. the host refused to put us at our reserved time and let us wait an hour. she said she didn't know how to check the reservations and there weren't valid. she refused to find the manager for me when she asked. Total not.
I personally love tgi. I didn't like what I got. the service is sometimes slow, but I understand that so many people have problems with the staff. the brownie with the Basilys-Shot is my favorite, all whisky glazed, and the band fries

it's a chain so you know what you eat and decor-wise get, but the service here is what shines for me. the bartender and manager at the weekends are brilliant and very friendly, I will be back at this weekend for football food: 4/5
