Tgi Fridays - Réserver une table

Disappointed. Arrived on a Monday night. There was only one hand full of people. The hostess was also our server, we thought they were short. He did a good job to cheer all the tasks. What disappointed us was the food quality. The loaded southwest potato twists were cold. I sent her back. They returned to the table over cooked and lacked the loaded. I sent them back and decided not to order anything else. The Spinach Artichoke Dip was a failure. It didn't taste like I remember it. It reminded me of a purchased shop that was warmed up before it was delivered to the table. My son's Dragon Glazed Lach was such a small piece. I doubt it was a full portion though he said it tastes great. My daughter-in-law took her burger home. After she came home and sat home to eat it, she found that the Burgerpatty was badly burned. If we had noticed that while we were in the restaurant, we would have given it back. The only thing that worked was the children's meal and the wine we ordered. I understand personnel problems, but this seems to be a performance problem, as there were hardly any customers. This is my first time in this place, I doubt I'm coming back. I love TGIFriday 's but so I will stay in place that I usually often do.

Never go here! Worst service ever. Our food was all cold like it was heated up. 4 of us dined. They were out of everything. They cut our straws in half for our drinks. The manager was unsympathetic over the situation. Managers name was Paul. I felt robbed forced to pay for the meal otherwise I would have been in the one in trouble with the law they knew how they served our food was totally wrong and got away with it. This event was no exaggeration they were completely unprofessional and nothing about the food was pleasant. I would have rather played Fear Factor!!!!

Seriously won't be back. This was our first time to eat here. Do for 1 we went in and waited for space for 10 minutes. There was only 1 table there to eat.. 2. The waitress hardly came to check us. did not ask if we wanted refills. I waited for almost 15 minutes to come here so I could ask for a 2 go box. Why we were there no one else came, so not sure what she did. We hoped it would be good, but definitely not.. I tried to send you by email, but it refuses the email. Thank you for trying to help, although!!!

I had great burgers. Love the Jack Daniel Whisky Bbq Sauce! Had some good seasoned pommes and very tasty potato skins. Skins may not be as loaded as others, but they were cooked for perfection.

It was empty on Friday night. Food was good and beer was fresh and cold. Good service and friendly waitress. Food presentation is not attractive and plate looks empty. Something's wrong.
