Friendly welcome and great service. We were a party of seven including a toddler and birthday girl, front of house team were excellent. These are obviously difficult times and no one presumably visits TGI for the food alone however my burger was awful, with a...pattie that had the look taste and texture of a burger cooked an hour or more earlier and kept warm or more likely reheated (burger van style). Even aside from the cost it was poor, below fast food quality and nowhere near Five Guys. The tv monitor above us boasted of juicy burgers, not leathered. We went to this restaurant to celebrate my grandparent's birthday. The meal was delicious, especially the steak which was cooked perfectly to our liking. However, I was disappointed to find out that they did not offer any discounts for blue light or armed forces personnel when it came time to pay the bill. I believe it is important for businesses to show support for our forces and emergency services by offering discounts. I may visit this restaurant again in the future, but only if they recognize and appreciate all emergency services.
We have attempted multiple visits hoping for the restaurant to return to its previous level of service, but each time we encountered issues such as missing orders, cold food, and indifferent staff, especially at the front desk. In comparison, the local pubs provide excellent service at a much lower cost.
We were a big table of adults and kids, without a booking, and they managed to squeeze us in. Top marks to our waitress Natasha (I think As I wouldn't of wanted to deal with my table!!! Balloon modelling for the kids was a...massive bonus. Good food, great drinks and a top waitress.

I and my partner often come here because we love eating and the service is always excellent. our favorite waiter is ivo, nothing is too much for him. Many thanks that they always make our visit fantastic and for the best cocktails all around.
had a nice meal in a Saturday evening, place was really busy, but the food and service was excellent, also with the additional pressure of a full restaurant the staff was great and cared for us. will again go many thanks
I live near TGI Friday's and I often find myself going there for food and drinks. Even though the drinks are a little expensive, we enjoy stopping by to have a few.

This is a busy, bustling, noisy TGI Fridays, just off junction 9 of the M27 at the Segensworth end of Fareham.
The restaurant has gone downhill, the food is very poor and gave me a bad stomach.
