I'm giving this Friday's in the palisades mall 2 stars simply because of the front of the house staff, specifically my server Alexa her coworkers they were great but sadly there was nothing they could do to make up for the horrible food. The whiskey sampler platter for apps came out extremely over cooked and when Alexa brought out some new shrimp they were under cook, like completely raw. That should've been enough for us but our servers great demeanor gave us hope and then our entrees came nothing tasted good. Burger , chicken tenders, steak and lobster everything was trash! Zero stars. I was there yesterday and it was the worst place and experience I ever had. They had 2 young employees at the front entrance who were letting customers in without reservations. The wait time for a table on a Saturday evening was well over 1 hr. Which would mean they were not very well prepared for the weekend rush. Then they take your phone number and text you a link to view your place in line. The thing is the line never moves. So you stay there starving, hoping to get a table.i love Friday’s but this was outrageous. By the way, we were never given a table and had to go eat at Dave Busters.
I usually don't write harsh reviews, but I have to make an exception for this place. The tables and chairs were sticky, as if they hadn't been cleaned in years. The bathroom was filthy, and the floors clearly hadn't been mopped. It raises concerns about what the kitchen looks like. Even though it's a chain restaurant in a mall, I would expect some sort of cleaning protocol. The food was dry and poorly presented, reflecting a lack of effort. The only positive was that our server was attentive and friendly. Overall, I would recommend staying away.
After a long wait, they finally took our dinner orders, which also took an age to arrive. I ordered ribs and chicken wings, but I got very small wings that looked like they were pulled from chickens before they even hatched, and one drumstick that was undercooked. I mentioned this to the waitress, but she seemed completely uninterested. I waited for the manager to address my concerns, but he never came over. In the end, we just paid the bill and left. The food was terrible, and the service was just as bad.

So satisfying to eat at this location. Had an issue with one of my orders and some guy named Tito came out and addressed the issue and took care of it promptly. Had a misunderstanding with the waitress the food was not correct it wasn’t exactly what I ordered I guess she didn’t hear me correctly. Tito assured me everything would be handled and taken care of and gave me a free soda. But the whole attentiveness had me by surprise super polite staff. Recommend this location to the fullest.
I ordered a new meal on the menu. Lobster steak and mash with broccoli. The lobster was so tiny nothing like the picture, just one bite and done. The steak was disgusting and tough, the broccoli was very cold and couldnt eat it. Very disappointed with the food. I came in starving ready to enjoy a good meal. Didn't eat my meal. Never ever will I return to tgif.
I went with my family, the six of us. The burgers were good and half the wings were cold. my wife didn't get her order. and it took them about 20 minutes to give us water. sorry, cannot recommend a place that gives service this way.
I'm here with my family visiting the Mall, I came from queens thinking of eating on Friday, but with all those bad experiences, I think I won't take the chance sorry. Thanks I read the reviews

I had an incredible experience! The service was fantastic, and the food was outstanding. I would highly recommend this restaurant, and I will definitely be returning on my next trip to NYC.
I loved the grilled Salmon...and all the staff where supper friendly would highly recomened eating at this restaurant to my friends.
