TGI FRIDAYS - Bensalem

I made a reservation because we had a party of 6 and it was a Saturday night. when we arrived, the host seemed confused when I said we had an open table reservation, but not a big thing. we sat immediately, but were short 2 menus. no care, the host promised to find us. about 5 minutes to go and a server says hello I will be with them. so we wait approx. 15-20 minutes at 7 and it was now 7:25 and not yet a drink order. So I asked the hostess whether our server has forgotten about us when we have seen 2-3 other tabs say long after us with drinks and ordering placed. the host comes to our table and answers- she gets drinks for another table, but she will be past afterwards. wow. that's it. the...

at the beginning I made an open reservation and the hostess said they did not receive it there. of course, this must be adapted. So we had a place in the bar, so we didn't have to wait. there were hundreds of fertilizers who swarmed us all the time we were there. some of the foods were decent, but for what they pay it is not worth it. my fried garnels were so terribly overcooked that I couldn't pierce them. overall pretty bad experience and we will not return.

we have made a reservation about an open table. that's the third time they told us that their tablet doesn't work. they took us on our word. the service has been distracted and slow to look after a friend and not to make sure our dinge were right. we waited 20 minutes for the bill. the appetizer was wrong and lacked 2/3 of the items we ordered and came at the same time are our overcrowded steaks.

when I came to the restaurant, they told me that the open table reservations do not work. determined to sit at the bar and the service was absolutely ridiculously waited 45 minutes to get a drink. steak was underoccupied, could have been wrong. no one even asked how you were eating and waited 45 minutes to get a leak
