Horrible experience. I was told that they had no reservation for me and that they always have trouble with online bookings. I waited while they continued to seat customers without reservations before me. When I complained that it had been 20 minutes, they offered me a cramped spot in the back. When I refused, they told me I would have to wait until another group leaves even though there were tables in need of cleaning. After 40 minutes, we were seated. We ordered drinks which took 15 minutes to come out of the bar. When we inquired about the wait time, they said the bar was backed up. the big problem was that the reservation system for open tables was shut down. we have to wait for a table. manager offered nothing but saying that the open table reservation computer was down. he should offer an incentive to wait for a table. I had a match of open table on my phone.

that was one of the worst culinary experiences I ever had. You don't go to the tgif for the best, but that was terrible. the service was insanely slow, orders were grounded and eating was far below the expected mediocrity. I'll never eat in a tgif again.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. It was extremely cold inside, and when we requested to be seated elsewhere, they claimed there were no other tables available, even though we observed them seating other customers. Réservez une table maintenant

Horrible service. Took over 20 minutes for chips and salad to arrive at our table. No apology and then we ordered and waited almost 40 minutes and still no food and kept telling us our food is coming. We left without eating.

I had a fantastic time with friends at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the drinks were amazing. One of my friends ordered a unique drink and the staff were very accommodating and made it for him anyway.

1 meal came cold and had to be reheated. Okay, after warming. the restaurant was too cold in our section. Wife wore a pullover and still too cold. I was cold too. so breezy the serviettes moved in the “wind”. Réservez une table maintenant

I'm not sure what happened, but this restaurant chain has drastically declined in quality since I used to visit it regularly in the 90's and early 2000s. Even just a year ago, it wasn't as bad.

My group was greeted with kindness from the beginning of our meal to the end. We were given a rose in celebration of Valentine's Day. The food was truly delicious as well.
