Upon entry we were told we could not be seated because they were no longer seating people even with reservations. After a few minutes of trying to get an explication as to why we could not be seated we were told “fine we can sit you but you aren’t going to get any food for at least an hour.” I could understand if the place was overflowing with people but it didn’t seem to be half full. It was a busy night with a lot going on Downtown which is why we made reservations. We ended up staying for a drink (Miller Lite) which was flat and left hoping to find a more accommodating restaurant.
Great food but service was very very very slow (it wasn't that full either) Had to wait a long time to get our food, then they didn't give us our sons food, so I think they had to order it again and it took even longer. Food portions are good. The place is nice but slow. Also they said they did not accept open table reservations, luckily there was not alot of people and we went straight in to be seated. so just FYI they don't use open table (or that's what they told me)
had a reservation and had to wait for a table. they were even busy, they had only a dozen tables, which were never cleaned with coarse eating on them. the only time we saw our waitress was when we ordered and when we got the ****. we didn't even get our best until we had our lunch 10min. really a disappointing meal. will not be back soon
First they don’t use OpenTable for reservations even after I showed the app and our reservation to the hostess. Not sure I’ve met someone so rude and hateful in a long time. Food was average at best. Restaurant was disorganized and tables weren’t cleared for new guests. Our waitress was very nice and attentive.

First of all, they don’t actually take reservations. Even after I showed the confirmation, they said they don’t have access to the information. Secondly, our waitress was unfriendly and inattentive. We had theatre tickets and gave ourselves two hours but it wasn’t enough time for our group of 6.
The portion sizes were small but the food was decent. The service was good and the seating was comfortable. However, the prices were quite expensive. Overall, I would rate it a 3 out of 5. I would recommend checking out other restaurants before deciding to dine here.
Today, I stopped by for some potato skins. The restaurant was empty and it seemed like some people thought it was closed. However, we decided to go inside and discovered that it was actually open.

My dinner was good. The waiter was helpful an nice. Wait time for food was excellent. I loved the reservation option no waiting and it was pretty busy
The server disappeared several times during our meal and didn’t provide refills or process our bill in a timely manner.
