We had a reservation for 6 o’clock, but we had to wait to be seated and were ultimately forgotten about. At 7:10, I had to find a manager to inquire about our lack of service. We ended up missing the hibachi show and had our food cooked in the kitchen instead. Our food did not arrive until 8 o'clock. Although we were given a discount, this experience was disappointing as it was my birthday and we spent the entire evening waiting and feeling neglected despite having made reservations for a special occasion.
The service at this restaurant is always excellent. Be aware that there is a $23 service charge added to your bill, which is split among an unknown number of people. They only accept cash for additional tips, and this is not disclosed until you receive your bill. Despite this, the food at this restaurant is consistently amazing.
The food was excessively breaded and overcooked. The Chicken Parmesan was tough and lacked marinara sauce, while the pasta had no Alfredo sauce. The fish and chips were mediocre and the fried mushrooms were mostly bread with no flavor. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
Service has improved a lot since last visit which caused us to stop coming back. Food was almost top notch, but lack flavor on the fried rice. The only negative and dislike is they auto charge service fee for all size parties. No chance to tip more or less then the Service fee.

Total time at the restaurant was almost 3 hours. Took almost 2 hours waiting for the chef. Food was way overpriced. Signed up for kids birthday reward weeks before coming and never received reward email.
The restaurant has changed and now includes a 20% service charge on all items, which is different from before.
Most of the food ordered tasted good. Unfortunately, they tend to overcook my boneless wings.
The steakhouse meatballs with chimichurri at this restaurant are incredibly tasty!
