We waited for nearly an hour to be seated, despite there being plenty of open booths that were not cleaned off. The hostess eventually helped clear a table after my guest complained. Once seated, the waiter took our drink and meal orders promptly. However, after 15 minutes, we only received our drinks, with the waiter informing us that the kitchen was behind schedule. Only giving this location a 2 because the server was nice and attentive with refills, but the food was lousy and expensive for not liking the food. Food came only luke warm at best. Was told it probably sat around waiting for the other person's food to be finished. That's a timing issue with the cook. Could've started mine later to be finished at same time as the other person's. Food often tastes (and it's been going on for a few visits in last few months) like it's been reheated from a previous time. I've had chicken that's had the same issue. We came by on a day they were incredibly understaffed. Our server was a friendly enough guy who stayed pretty cool under the pressure of being one of two servers/hosts in the entire place.Their specialty lemonades are quite good!Star lost because of the small portions of food and lack of variety for the kids' menu. Burgers come with a McDonald's kid sized fries and the kids menu didn't have a whole lot to pick from. I understand that the economy is in the toilet and inflation is on the rise, but skimping on fries isn't going to save a company.
tonight with a group of employees for a night stopped! I was really excited to try the "sizzling flanke steak" tablet with kartoffel (I think that's what it was called. the menu online made it look really good. but when I got it, the Steak-Mahl didn't look like the online picture. I also asked about medium cook. my flank steak was rare (definitiw was not medium because there were raw white fat in steak. raw fat means it is underdone. as my dinner went. the service was safe good! but probably not back

Unfortunately, this experience was a failure. tried to eat here for our daughter birthday. when our drinks arrived, there was a hair in one and another had a dirty glass. Before we even ordered a waitress, we tried to deliver a wing shield. when we said they weren't ours, she asked if we knew who they were. at this point we went. hostess was comprehending and didn't charge us for everything we had ordered. it was the grief.
Despite having a confirmed reservation, I was informed upon arrival that TGI Fridays no longer utilizes Open Table. As a result, we had to wait, which was a bit inconvenient as we had theater tickets and had to rush through our meal. Furthermore, it took 15 minutes from the time we were seated before our server greeted us. The food was satisfactory and the server was friendly.

I'm sorry for our server. she was the only waiting worker on the whole dining page. we were there 45 minutes before we even got our food. the restaurant was freezing and had waited too long. our waitress has made a great job for the given circumstance. it was simply not a good experience for the customers food: 5/5
The Monday night wing special is a good deal, However they don't tell you the stipulations that you have to buy 10. But they are very small and 5 bucks isn't That much to spend. The bartender was the only one working and she had all of the tables along with the bar, She did a really great job I felt badly for her though

excellent eating. recommend the Wiskey Laze or the whiskey Laze Blaze if they like heat. it took a bit to sit, but there was also only one waiter for the entire restaurant. (this was at 1:30-2:00 clock) tables are clean. good, fast service. good selection of dishes/drinks. food: 5/5
Whiskey sauce Burger very good! Cooked to perfection! The Fries were soggy and could have been a lot hotter! The pot stickers were tasty yet it would have been much more appealing if they would resting on some grated carrots! Danielle the waitstaff was friendly and efficient!
