Tgi Friday's Watford

We decided to return to this store after having a somewhat disappointing experience in the past, I can happily say that this visit has redeemed the prior and me and my family felt welcomed, tended to with every need and the food was outstanding. Our server was Connor, who I'd learnt was a new waiter in the team and I'll be making sure on our next visit he will serve us again.

Overall a pleasant evening. Service for everyone appeared to be a little slow from the kitchen on this particular night (they were short staffed), but we were told about it when we were seated and we were not in a rush. As usual the atmosphere was pleasant and the food was nice. Our server was nice and polite.

food was pretty average but what really made the experience was our server i think her name was kimberly, quick service and very helpful with my pickiness . thankyou kimberly

Priya was attentive and helpful! She asked if we needed our drinks to be refilled and recommended desserts. Very quick service and tasty food x
