Thai Bloom! - Réserver une table

I came to Portland from Denver on a leisure trip to visit a couple of friends. When I arrived at the airport said friends recommended we go to this restaurant (Thai Bloom) for dinner. When we arrived I noticed that the atmosphere was causal but at the same time had an upscale look and feeling to it. I also noted the fact that the wait staff was friendly but did take a bit longer than expected to greet and seat us, which was understandable since the place was a little busy but nothing outrages. Some of the best Pad Thai I've had around. Came here high once and basically ate the whole kitchen. I would give it 5 stars but my card was declined. Hindsight, might've actually been my fault but that neither here nor there.

some of the best food and drinks on nw 23rd! everything was so tasteful and beautifully presented. various options on the menu and seasoned levels to suit each. in any case a place where I will go back
