Thai Express Boulevard Saint-charles

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. As emergency personnel, I understand the importance of closing on time, but after a long shift, I arrived just three minutes before closing and politely explained that I hadn't eaten in eight hours and was extremely hungry. I even offered a generous $50 tip to make it worthwhile. However, the staff completely ignored me, locked the door, and turned off the lights. It felt really disrespectful, especially considering the service we provide to the community.

I absolutely LOVE this Thai express! Even if my order isn't correct, it's still worth it just for the amazing customer service. The staff here are truly fantastic! They deserve a raise. I really appreciate these guys; they bring such good energy.

I really like ordering the General Tso's chicken with rice and pineapple. However, I have to point out that the chicken is often quite dry and stringy, which makes me think it might be of lower quality.
