Update Jan 16th, I can not even give this place two stars anymore. This is what the store had the audacity to serve me for a General Thairacha, EXTRA sauce with fried rice. There was no sauce to be found, the fried rice was just plain white rice with scrambled egg thrown in. I am appalled. To make matters worst as per the reply I got on my last review I sent all the details to the Customer Service on there website, it was been 6 days since I submitted a ticket and I have yet to hear back. If you see this cooperate, my complaint is under my same name. I will be leaving my last review here for transparency. At the beginning it was good but then the employees totally neglected the cleanliness of the restaurant. It took me 10 minutes to signal my presence because the 3 employees were in the back laughing so hard that they didn 't hear me, then it was time to sit on tables that were not cleaned when, I mean the 3 were absolutely not occupied. I am very disappointed. I was surprised to see more noodles than salad in a dish called Thai my salad because I think the keyword is salad anyway. In short, need to review the management of this restaurant because already that it no longer attracts many people, things will not work.
I used to visit Thai Express in Fredericton because the staff and food were very good. However, now that I'm in Moncton, the only Thai Express here has been disappointing. Every time I've gone there, I've had a negative experience with the service. The staff seems to have a poor attitude, and today, the woman who was serving us was particularly rude. To make things worse, our food was burnt. I really think they need to reconsider their staff, especially the female employees.
We were in a hurry and the employee asked us after ordering our food if it was inside or take out? I said take out and we waited for our food to arrive. After our food arrive the employee served it to us on a plate like we are going to dine in. I said TAKE OUT. They gotta train there employees better to follow simple instruction. The worst restaurant serving old food to their customers. Me and my friend ordered for chicken dim sums, rice and chicken curry. It was not fresh and served cold. The server was lazy and not helping us to select the good food from the menu. We didn?t even eat the old food and wasted our $30. I will never recommend for thai express restaurant its a waste of money! Better to eat from food court.
The food was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend it! Just a heads up, the mild option is definitely spicier than you might expect, so I suggest asking for something in between mild and no spice (I can't recall the exact term). The service was excellent as well. I can’t say enough good things—definitely a 5-star experience!
Most recent visit (July 2022). Restaurant was empty around 2pm. Got my usual Pad Thai with shrimp (spicy). Food was served fast. Quality is still pretty good. I prefer this pad Thai over others I have tried. I keep coming back to this location. It's been pretty good thus far. I do recommend
