I have had experiences of all kinds in this restaurant. some have been very good and other nefarious so I have come to the conclusion that it is a little lottery and that it can go well as fatal: eating there long ago (before pandemic): I was a couple times and in general quite well at home: the first time fatal, high waiting time, tasteless and cold food, very oily and even felt bad. After a few months we decided to give him a second chance and in general everything pretty well. It was a week-long dinner. as the experience had been good, we asked for a third time a Friday night and fatal. It came so much later than they had told us, cold, things like the incoming sauce, the sticks, the napk...
the food was rich but the staff was saturated and they did not attend. We reserved for them it was delayed all a lot, the waitress apologized every time they came and when we called them to the waiter because they did not come to take note for the dessert they told us that the kitchen was already closed! that we went to pay to the bar because they already closed.
We're asking for home. The food came in minutes late, okay. the incoming came without sauces, something resecos. the acceptable pad thai but with lack of spices and typical condiments. curry noodles were asked with gambones that didn't put on. ramen with good taste. in an improved quality-price summary, lack of details but acceptable taste.
food is not bad to be a franchise but attention is extremely slow and additionally to that they did not have sticks so they lost part of the charm that is to eat in Asian places. I think the quality of the service is better and sure they would be petared.

Thai style food with good presentation, abundant and reasonable price, good quality and taste. attention and correct service. We have also tried it at home, always without losing quality and delivery always arrives before the expected.

I was the weekend and the truth is that both I and my companions love us, the very friendly waiters and the very good food, we will repeat.
