Order placed online at 9:15 p.m., delivery time stated as 45 minutes. At 10 p.m. the message came that delivery was canceled. Without reasons. That's not possible, make the customer wait first and then cancel after 45 minutes... edit @Owner: Thanks for your answer. The situation is somehow strange, other restaurants were able to continue delivering without any problems. Be that as it may; It would have been nice if you had still sought contact in this case and justified the cancellation as you have done here. There remains a pale aftertaste, but I have now increased the rating to 3 stars in order to reward your efforts to clarify the matter.
Total disappointment, I ordered a Thai red curry soup, it was very small and very expensive, and I asked for a portion of rice, they charged me for it but they didn't give it to me, apart from that they charged me 10CH more for administration costs and they don't even tell you when you place your order, they give discount, when I wanted to pay I saw a price and when I got the bill it turned out they had overcharged me, I will never go back in Order from this restaurant, what a scam.
We were at the newly opened Thai Square Aeschenplatz. The staff were very friendly, service was efficient. Unfortunately the food was a big disappointment. We ordered a selection of Wan Tan, Dim Sum and Gyoza. The food was overcooked, moist and had no taste. It seems the kitchen tossed the cheapest frozen ready-made dumplings into the frier and then served it. Very disappointing and we surely will not return. 2 Stars because of the friendly service.
This is a review for Thai Square at Clarastrasse, which opened recently. Delicious Thai food and the restaurant has a pleasant service and ambience, very cosy as it was formerly a traditional Swiss restaurant. The chicken satay starter came with a lovely peanut sauce dip. Thai red chicken curry was both spicy and and creamy, fried rice with chicken was equally good. Happy to pay another visit!

I heared great things about this place and was really disappointed. The service was bad, we had to wait over 15min to get even drinks after asking again.. My dish especially was under-seasoned and I had to ask twice for additonal spicy sauce.
The papaya salad was very good, the noodle soup was a bit boring and I wouldn't recommend it... but they've had quite a selection of vegan choices, so maybe try your luck with something else.
the food was excellent and the delivery even before the chosen time. I'll be happy to order again.
