The first time I had the food here, I dined in. I got the vegetable curry and it was AMAZING. I thought this place would replace my fave Thai restaurant. Everything was fresh and delicious. I loved it so much that I told my Co workers we should order out this past Friday for lunch. This time I got the shrimp pad Thai. It was SO DISAPPOINTING! Tasted very plain, and the noodles were over cooked and kind of wet. None of my co workers seemed to enjoy their food either or they had to doctor it up to make it taste decent. I will try again, but it will be my last time if my favorite Thai dish tastes like this on the regular.
Great food and quick service! It's counter serve. To order you scan a QR code and order from your phone/device, so it's not a very personal dining experience, but it is convenient. My only complaint was that the menu/website responsiveness was slow and I had to refresh screens several times to get them to work.. Offering strong public wifi in the restaurant would be helpful and a nice compliment to a convenient ordering process.
I've never been disappointed with the order from this big restaurant. The food is always hot when I order an execution. I know it's freshly prepared. This last weekend I decided to go in. You are short on the staff, so order your food as you take out, but instead the order is prepared in paper trays and a tray. Really simple, eat, discard your waste and move on. The staff is always friendly and the interior is always clean.
I was very impressed by this restaurant. I am a great lover of Curry and I am not sure what it is, but the red curry on Thai Street Kitchen is one of my favorites! It might have something to do with the quality of the ingredients used. I have no problem spending on food for one. I love the fact that I can eat and know I'm not uncompromising. The portion sizes are also generous.
