My brother and I were exploring a few weekends ago and we found ourselves in North Kansas City in an area called The Iron District. Neither of us had ever heard of it, so we parked and trekked in to find a collection of small businesses in a sort of co-op. I'll review the Iron District another time, but as we walked around we chose to grab lunch from Thaiger KC. The menu was pretty limited, but when you're a small business with limited space it makes sense to curate the options you offer. We ordered the short ribs, the pork belly, and an order of eggrolls.
