After being captivated by The Gertrude Street Projection Festival, we stumbled upon this restaurant on our way home for dinner. We ordered Lemon Chicken, Stir Fried Curry Beef, Stir Fried Squid with Vegetables, and Special Fried Rice. The attentive manager promptly took our order and in just 5 minutes, our delicious meals arrived. We decided to explore a new Vietnamese restaurant near North Richmond Station and chose Thanh Phong based on its excellent reviews. The restaurant had a clean and modern interior, and the staff were friendly and attentive. They helped us navigate the menu, offering suggestions and ensuring our food arrived quickly and hot. We ordered the prawn and pork dry noodle. One with the rice noodle and another with egg noodle. The sauce that they used contain lards which is great and what I think gave it that tasty flavour! Too bad that the pork slices in the noodle are tough, dry and tasteless.<br/

id say I've been here 30+ times now and i would say its one of the best viet around..crispy quail, chicken coleslaw, salty squid you can't go past.
