Food was very good. Cooked burger and dressed the sandwich to order exactly as requested. It was a Cheeseburger. Seemed to be a better quality cheese than average. Store looked clean and maintained floors and even the grill area and hood seemed nice condition for lunch. The bottles on the shelving over the grill looked clean. One thing I would recommend is this location be more careful about in the future is the whole understaffed thing. Unfortunately, I can 't give a good review. I was excited to finally try this place. The service lacked in many ways... took a while for them to acknowledge we were there and take our order. It took over 25 minutes to get our food, my burger order was wrong, and the fries were over done. It is also pricey. It was over $30 for 2 burgers w/fries and 2 drinks. I can 't even say but they were overworked or but they were really nice/really trying . (I am very empathetic to the food and service industry.... they work very hard and so many customers are thankless). During my several visits to the area, I've really enjoyed the experience. This restaurant excels in both its ambiance and service. My personal favorite dish is the Nom-nom Patty Melt! The Double Cheeseburger and the fries are also exceptional. On my most recent visit, Kyle was behind the grill, and he did an amazing job! The General Manager, Alex, came by to check on us while Kyle worked his magic and even offered my nephew a complimentary soda while we waited. The staff in Glen Ellyn is incredibly positive and upbeat. Overall, a fantastic experience!
This restaurant offers quality burgers. I had the double bacon cheddar and an order of garlic parmesan truffle fries. Everything was served hot and made to order. Although our food took a little longer to arrive because there was only one person working, we understood the delay. However, one downside was the portion of fries; it was a bit disappointing relative to the price. I paid over $17 for the double burger and fries, and I could barely taste the truffle.

The best gourmet burger I've ever had! I've tried places like Five Guys, Back Gasse, and Meatheads since we live nearby, but this one tops them all. We'll definitely be back! It’s a bit pricey, though – our meal of two burgers, two drinks, and fries came to over $25. Still, it's worth indulging in about three to four times a year. Hell yeah!
The food was great but the cashier was too stoned to ring our order in and the light right under the cash register was flickering in the most horribly distracting way. Loved my burger and truffle parmesan fries though!
The food was disappointing. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, but the chicken was tough and chewy, as if it had been freezer-burned. The Parmesan truffle fries were overcooked and overly salty. I won't be returning.
I had their double cheeseburger and I amazed after the first bite! It’s hands down one of the best burgers available in the town! Very friendly staff and good food! Highly recommended!

First time there.. I really liked the fries. Fresh cut, thin and crispy. The chicken fingers had a nice spice to them and my co- worker liked the Patty Melt.
Awesome customer service and great food! The chicken tenders are my favorite!
