We took a chance, however this place was not worth the price. Please save your money, cook at home or go to Wendy's on Hwy 138!! This meal fell short of being edible, definitely not enjoyable. I also had the sweet potato fries. They were cold, old nasty!! ? The whole meal was old and not made at the time it was ordered. The lettuce tomato were practically melted/dissolved on a cold blackbean patty. Gross!! I took one bite of the burger and a fry and knew that I could not continue eating, ewww!! I tossed the whole meal in the trash directly!! I'm so upset, how can you mess up such a basic meal? My husband's meal was gross as well. It was our 1st and last time patronizing this establishment.
This was my first time trying 'That Burger Spot '. I received a text saying my order was ready, so I walked in. However, the young lady behind the counter, who was wearing black headphones, looked confused and told me my order wasn 't ready. I provided her with my order number and showed her the text, but she still seemed unsure. I waited outside for 10 minutes before returning inside, where she finally handed me an order. Unfortunately, when I got home, I discovered that it was not my burger, but rather wings. I drove back to the restaurant and called to report the mistake. On a positive note, when I finally received my burger, it was amazing, although the presentation was messy.
I really liked this place at first. The burger is consistently good. But now it seems they just really don’t cook the fries long enough anymore. I would say about 75% of the time the fries are undercooked. The first few fries on top are golden brown and the rest are pale yellow. The photo shows the fries that I didn’t eat because they are undercooked. Of course I don’t ever realize this until I’m gone with my order. I usually order online so I have to figure out if there is a way to specifically request crispy fries which I would think would be automatic, but I guess not.
New to Atlanta and this place is it! ??? I tried it because I work for Door Dash and Uber Eats and when I would pick up the orders for the customers my car would reek of beautiful flavorful sensations. So I had to try it, I ordered the ATL Cheeztake with Cajun Fries and the Jive Turkey with Ranch Fries! Beautiful ???? Customer service, beautiful. Restaurant cleanliness timing, beautiful. You have a promised customer! Thank you!

Yahl need to set up on the Westcoast ??? Las Vegas Strip San Diego ? I’ve been out here about half a year now, best and favorite spot I’ve had hands down. This place is chefs kiss.
Usually when I go here the food is great, but this is the first time it wasn’t. The fries were fried too hard and the burger tasted bland.
Burger was horrible, frozen, dry patties, the cheese was like rubber not edible. So pissed off i waited 30 minutes for that. Never again!
Make sure you ask if they have bean burgers before you place an order.
