I am a vegetarian residing in Monaco. After reading positive comments about vegetarian options in this so called "restaurant", I decided to visit it with my family. I called them up in the day and requested for a table booking and checked with them if the vegetarian south indian options listed by them were available that day. They confirmed the availability and I asked them if they had any parking. They told me that street parking is usually available around the "restaurant".I reached the restaurant around 8 pm and there was not a single parking spot available in 1.5 km radius of the restaurant. Well this place was a god send! After an 8 hour train ride from Venice we arrived late at around 9pm. Stood at the bus stop for 30 minutes and finally got to our hotel. Decided we had to have dinner but expected nothing to be open but the stupidly expensive restaurants by the casino or takeaways. Also expected **** food, as this is pretty much all we have had since we have been in Europe (with the exception of a couple). Found this place 1min from our hotel. In 5 words - Friendly, Tasty, Authentic, Cheap, Filling!! Just like the Indian we get back in NZ. 2 x Coca Cola, 2 x Cheese Naan, 2 x Main Curries and free Poppadums all for 26 euro! Will definitely be going back to this place tomorrow n...
As we were in Monaco last year and looking for a good, but reasonbly priced restaurant, we found this one on tripadvisor. We sat outside and at first we were a little bit sceptical. To be just outside Monte Carlo (we walked in 5 minutes from the Novotel hotel) and found ourselves in something like 'little India'. But as soon aa the food came out we were pleasantly surprised! What a great food, we enjoyed it very much. Afterwards we walked into Monte Carlo again, so happy with us finding this restaurant. If you want to have good Indian food for a good price, try this one!
Nous y sommes allés avec les enfants (11 et 13 ans) et nous avons été agréablement surpris. Le restaurant est assez petit, pas adapté pour un grand groupe mais jusqu'à 6 c'est correct. Nous avons pris plusieurs plats (agneau, poulet) et divers légumes (riz, épinards, pommes de terre) et tout était savoureux et épicé - mais pas trop fort. Un dîner très agréable et simple. Une autre fois, nous avons fait livrer des naans à l'appartement : ceux au fromage étaient corrects mais ceux aux légumes trop croquants - à éviter la prochaine fois.

I am pretty certain that this excellent and authentic little restaurant has closed. It was a modest place where the food was always well-prepared. The purpose of this review is primarily to report to Tripadvisor that the restaurant is closed.
J'ai encore passé un excellent déjeuner dans les nouveaux locaux du quartier de Moneghetti. Même menu, mêmes prix, même service. Rien n'a changé. Je peux toujours recommander ce restaurant sans hésitation.
Très bel endroit et parfait pour un dîner en famille. La nourriture est vraiment délicieuse. Les serveurs sont amicaux. J'aimerais beaucoup y retourner avec ma famille.
Slow service but great authentic indian food. Tiny restaurant but they have recently added outdoor seating, so in the warmer weather you have a better chance.

Good food and friendly staff. Would recommend it and would definitely go back again. We ate vegetarian which was very good. The masala dosa was great
This place moved to Moneghetti. Still operating. The food is not so knock-down good as it used to be. Still pretty reasonable.
