If I can describe this place in 1 word it's WOW. I called before hand to know the waiting time, the kind lady allowed me to make reservations while I was on my way, I arrived with little to no waiting time and the hostess kept on apologizing for such a short wait (less than 10 mins) she was so kind. Our server was JP, he was amazing, he gave amazing recommendations, he was attentive and overall just great. We listened to him and had the burger and chicken and waffles. Both were FRESH, well seasoned and just delicious. We also had the ceviche which as so yummy and tasted super fresh, even the nachos it came with were phenomenal. We LOVE The 239!!! This is on the list of our favorite restaurants in Naples. My husband and I always enjoy our experience at The 239. The service is noticeably wonderful the staff is always so kind and genuine. The atmosphere is beautiful. And the food AMAZING!!! As people that prioritize our health and wellbeing we love and appreciate the intention The 239 puts into all they create, from offering a mostly gluten free menu, to eliminating unhealthy cooking oils and ingredients, and sourcing fresh and local they truly knock it out of the park and provide the highest quality!! So overall, my experience was very well. I ordered the appetizer meatballs to go with extra toast was surprised to see that it was just plain toast. This was just very surprising because everything else was on point

I just ordered the white fish and plantains with pico de gallo, and it was absolutely delicious. Thank you for bringing Cuban cuisine to the Coastland Center Mall in Naples!

We ordered the chicken and waffles. Three of the four orders came out with the wrong sauce. I retuned mine, and the chicken on my next order was very burnt. Won’t go back.

Food seemed low quality. I’m guessing frozen calamari heated up and frozen burger patties. Burger seemed far from award winning to me especially for the price.

Had a wonderful brunch on Labor Day! Music was perfect and we were even able to enjoy the outside during the rain because of the covering.
