I have enjoyed a couple of pleasant Sunday afternoons at The Albion, and I found it to be very welcoming. Although it doesn't particularly stand out from other pubs in the area, I couldn't find any faults with it. The pub has an attractive appearance and the interior is well-maintained. The landlord has been in charge for 30 years, which speaks to the pub's success in an industry known for frequent changes in ownership and staff. We had a delicious Sunday roast there, although we had to wait a bit due to how crowded it was. The staff were very apologetic. The meal was also very reasonably priced at £6.50.
