The Ale House Kitchen in Ramsey is without a doubt the best pub in town. Since moving to the area recently, we have found it to be a very friendly establishment. The landlord, Matt, and the bar manager, John, treated us like locals from the very first day. They even made sure we had Guinness available. The Sunday Lunch at this pub is the highlight of the week - the food is fantastic and the service from Kasey and Maddie is top-notch. They are always friendly, easy to talk to, and go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. I highly recommend the Ale House Kitchen for a fun night out or for a delicious Sunday Roast.
Well I spent the first few weeks exploring the many pubs in Ramsey. What a shock I got. Terrible! The last one I tried was The Ale House Kitchen and it was a very pleasant surprise. I met ‘normal’ people. They were friendly, welcoming, and for the last 4 months it has been the only place I have been for a drink. The Sunday Lunch is amazing and highly recommended. The ladies behind the bar, Kacey ‘sunshine’ and Madeline ‘Mad Dog’ bring a professionalism rarely seen in a Uk pub. John and Matt are also excellent too. Highly recommmend this establishment through the gloom of Ramsey pubs and eating establishments
A lovely friendly welcome from the staff, have been for sunday lunch twice now, food was very good on both occasions, well cooked and hot when served.Good portion sizes too,the desserts were delicious too.. if not a slight indulgence on.my part lolOverall definitely worth 4 1/2 s ..
Absolutely gutted to be told on a Saturday night after a lovely first course that at 9.00pm we were too late to have pudding! At no point were our table of 12 told this or given an option to order earlier and this after they put our table back from 730 to 745 Very disappointed.

Lovely local place. Unfortunately the service was slow and a smile from the staff wouldn't go a miss. Lovely food and will continue to support this nice pub.

Remember this place from the days of the George. Really nice and comfortable, the staff are wonderful.
