We found a wonderful pub with genuine owners in a lovely village location. We moved back in April 2021 after relocating from Cottesmore and really missed our friends from our previous local pub. Then we discovered Paul and Lisa at The Anchor, and we hit it off right away. Although we hadn't lived in the area before, they and the community welcomed us warmly. We love to drop by for a pint almost every evening, and their amazing steaks on Thursdays have become a regular treat for us. We are so grateful to have found such caring landlords who truly value their customers. Keep up the great work, both of you!
