This charming pub/restaurant offers a lovely view of the Chester Racecourse. There is plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal and drinks when the weather is nice. The establishment is dog-friendly, clean, and offers a good variety of food, drinks, and draft beers. Despite its prime location in Chester, the prices are reasonable considering the quality of the offerings. We have dined here multiple times and have always been satisfied with our experience.
Any pub that has its own menu for dogs has to be a 5 star review. Of course this isn't the only reason for the five stars, the atmosphere is fantastic and the beer isn't half bad either. If the weather permits the outside sitting area is great and the views over the racecourse are lovely.
The ambiance here is so chilled and the staff are always fabulous plus never had anything other than great food experience!! If you live or just visit Chester this has to be high on your list of venues!
Probably one of the best pubs I've ever been to. Really friendly and helpful staff. Good food. Good drinks. The garden is beautiful and overlooks the racecorse. I'd time my next visit for a race day!

Fabulous pub with excellent menu, we always eat outside in the covered, heated area. Large choice of beer but unusual and, to us, unknown suppliers and found it hard to find a beer that we liked

Visited with family for drinks, staff were very friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere was excellent for a relaxing evening.
The food was fantastic and the service was outstanding.
