"Very good Corned beef on a roasted sourdough, sandwich! Fun cozy atmosphere with good service and far enough from the crazy crowd of the conference hall!"

Came here based on a recommendation. It was a Tuesday night at 5:30PM. The place was empty but by 7PM it was packed. Tyrell, our server, was awesome. He helped us navigate the bourbon and whiskey options. He also made one of the best Old Fashions we have had in Long Beach. Once he went off shift it was getting busier and table service became non-existent so we opted for desert down the street. The bourbon and whiskey selections were enormous. The food offerings are typical of an Irish pub. We started with the oysters. They were blue fin form Baja. They were excellent and fresh. We ordered the Shepard's Pie and the Fish Chips. Both dishes were excellent. The fish was a huge piece. Portions and prices make this a great place to go out for dinner and drinks. As it gets busier service can be a challenge. If you opt to sit outside, you need to order your drinks at the bar. We were told Wednesday is half of whiskey and Thursdays are $1.50 oysters. Looking forward to going back.We took a ride share there since parking is not ideal.

We went in late afternoon on a Thursday in search of oysters. The oysters were great, as well as the mussels. I had a Laphroaig, which was a great accompaniment.Ambiance is nice, the seats are comfortable, apparently they have live music regularly, so we will be back. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is their ordering system is employee abuse. Everything, food and drinks, had to go through the bar, and the bartender/server was run off their feet. If service was that slow when the place was kinda empty, I dread to see what happens when the place is full. They need genuine servers and table service. I'm hoping that they have a different system when they are busy.Anyway, If you want good raw oysters at a reasonable price, this is the place!

This place is a hidden gem. Stuns on this place while waiting for a Catalina ferry and have come back several times. You can't survive the food. It has great taste and large portions. The Mac and the cheese balls make you want to die. You're the best drunk food ever. The choice of beer and alcohol is great. If you just come to dinner, the fairies and champ are the best you will ever try. The fish and chips are so tasteful. The dough is of Jesus. The piece of fish we have was as long as my fucking arm. Soooo good. The food is amazing. The staff is amazing. The service and the ambience are amazing. I don't know how to describe this place except AMAZING!

Great authentic Irish bar, amazing food. We called ahead and asked if we needed a reservation and asked if there are seats. We were told no and there were many tables open. When we arrived ten minutes later, the whole place was full and we were told that half the restaurant was reserved for a big party, but there were tables open. We had to stand at the bar because there were no seats or tables. We also came there at 19:30 and we were given a limited congress menu instead of a full dinner menu. We really wanted the beef Wellington. Parking: meters will be enforced 9 o'clock-9 o'clock if you can find one.
