Awesome! I first visited this pub in November of last year couldn't wait to get back here. Up to six cask ales at any one time with eight craft ales on too. The landlord knows his beers always has something available to suit most tastes, I'm confident you won't be disappointed. To enhance it further, the staff are extremely knowledgeable, warm very friendly. It's not been a consistent CAMRA pub entry for nothing. Situated on the square just in front of the market, it is centrally located the perfect place to unwind for an hour or two. Highly recommended.

I have a quick call here on the way to home from shrewsbury to chester. excellent selection of beer, kept in excellent condition. the hospitality that the renter shows is the second to none and know about beer is very helpful when a choice is made. we will be back for more.

Great choice of beer. Friendly accommodating. Barman Johnny very helpful. Would be first pub on my list to revisit next time in Oswestry
