Booked a table for 5 for Mothering Sunday via email on the 5th of March 2022, which was confirmed. I was meeting up with friends who I hadn't seen in a long time and their disabled daughter. One of whom has recently suffered a recent bereavement. When we arrived there was no record of my booking leaving me to doubt, myself if I had ever made one. I found the email which was scrutinised in detail, but no reason or apology was given for not having a table in the restaurant. After a wait a table was set for us in the bar, which was not what we wanted but we settled for it, as it was unlikely that we could find anywhere else.
