The Balcony And Grill

My wife and I visted the balcony with our two grandsons on Saturday December. My wife has a glutten allergy so when the menu in the entrance said low glutten options we were happy to go in. My grandson and I ordered the breakfasts....My wife asked for the poached eggs with glutten free bread toasted. The waitress said they didnt do glutten free bread. My wife then asked for a baked potato but was told that wasnt on this menu. My wife then asked for soup of the day which was a low glutten choice but the roll was not glutten free. My main point is the breakfast was fine, the staff were helpful but why could such a large restaurant advertising low glutten options not have a glutten free loaf in...

This now being my third time going to the balcony bar and grill for a meal with family and every time they manage to outdo themselves. I was greeted with a great smile and a welcoming face and was taken to my table by a...young girl, When my family and I ordered drinks, they came within minutes of ordering, making me feel as if my family and I were a priority, which is a great feeling now and again when you’re working constantly LOL, The meal was accompanied by a great view and even better staff who are always there to help you with any issues or dilemma, I would recommend the balcony bar and grill to anyone who is around Loch Lomond and looking for a bite x

It’s nothing special waited a long time to be served the seating is very tightly together I found and the tables are very flimsy one wrong move and your meal and drinks would be on the ground! Food is nice but slightly overpriced I felt....The view definitely is what your paying for and it is stunning but you can see that from walking around my advice take a picnic and explore the views and surroundings it will be a lot cheaper and less cramped!

Came here for a Xmas party night wee had a set menu three courses food was ok couldn’t really say it was amazing the pate was delicious and smooth and turkey was lovely but roast potatoes were hard in the middle can’t really complain a head.....they had entertainment on a girl playing the saxophone to start with she was very good then a disco till one the staff were really good and friendly and restaurant is set in a beautiful location Réservez une table maintenant

we came on a busy Sunday afternoon after we were turned away from most places as we had our dog. eating was delicious and huge portions. the personal could not have been more helpful. will be back soon. Thanks again!

we spent a very pleasant hogmany in the balcony bar. we had eaten there before and then decided to join the parties. great view over hole lomond and balcony seats. worth a visit.

Staff were accommodating. Pizza was amazing. However, the children macaroni wasnt to nice. Felt like it was off so we left that out. Venue is a nice layout and the view is night

we visited last weekend and what an improvement! eating is amazing and we finished with the selection of cake with a coffee for a tasty. thanks again young. will be back. Réservez une table maintenant

Small drinks. Our frozen pina colada had several ice cubes in the glass (hidden couldn’t see them at first) so wasn’t even a full glass.

great outsight bad service overcooked eating mucky tassen broken and stinking toilets I wish we had gone to mcdonalds!
