The service was awful...I told the wait staff of my allergiesgluten and diarywhen ordering, also in my "Open Table" profile and they disregarded them. I received a salad with salad dressing with diary, when I requested olive oil to be used. They told me they do NOT use or serve olive oil cause its NEVER used in restaurant. Why couldn't server say that when ordering. Asked for more prawns and eliminate clams from main dish. They gave me three more tomato slices, and no additional prawns. We ordered Sauvignon Blanc by the glass, when served we asked the brand, server did not know or bother to find out.It was amateur hour!!We got married at Bedford Post six years ago. Delicious food and terrible service. Arrived and was told at reception what time we needed to leave our table. As we were being seated in the highly trafficked entry we asked very nicely if we could sit at a table deeper into the restaurant we asked again later before we ordered. Both times were told no that they preassign tables. Subsequently not but couples at a similarly awkward table asked to be moved and were promptly seated at much nicer tables including the one I asked to be relocated to. We asked for a crisp white wine, we had to ask again after it didn’t arrive after min and then were brought red. Finally as we’d barely finished our dessert less than min into our meal the check was...
Our waiter could not have been more kind and professional. Unfortunately, the kitchen over promised and under delivered. The signature "elegant" fried chicken was no more than decent chicken breast seemingly baked with a lackluster breading. The accompanied fried pickles were honestly better than the protein. A bibb lettuce salad was barely dressed. The Lobster Rangoon was however, filled with creamy lobster and a perfectly crispy exterior. We weren't offered tap water, only still or sparkling which cost The cocktails were tiny and each. So unfortunate because the ambiance was lovely and menu, totally exciting
Brunch menu is expensive so expect to pay for it! It’s a beautiful place but for brunch with adults and child is a bit much....Food was delicious and the staff is very nice and accommodating.At these prices it would classify as a ‘special occasion’ only Réservez une table maintenant
