We just had a happy hour party (Nov. 2017) at the pub with approximately 50 people on a Saturday afternoon with excellent live music. Kathy the manager and her staff we amazing and went above and beyond our expectations to ensure that everything and everyone was well taken care of. We had a number of party platters that the pub did from there catering menu and it was fantastic in presentation, taste and so much food for a very reasonable price. Kathy has been running this pub for the last year and has great staff, put a lot of effort into the cleanliness, food quality and service side of the business, we are totally impressed with the Pub now. I don't even know where to start! this place is absolutely beautiful! Before I post a review, I have read some today that say it outdated and needed in a facelift. are you doing sweat? this is a real authentic pub inside and outside. a hidden gem. the personal was us and the other customers incredible. it was so hearty to testify to the love and respect they have for customers and for each other. only wow. eating was really delicious. we were greeted by the gm that made us feel like we were long lost friends. best. place. always. we will definitely be the title of 'regulars' 5 stars is not enough.
I was craving some spice over Thanksgiving weekend when most places were closed. I thought the Beaufort might have a curry option, and I was not let down. The menu listed it as medium, but I inquired if they could make it spicier. Instead of guessing, the waitress checked with the kitchen—such a thoughtful approach. She confirmed they could adjust the heat, and I asked them to make it as hot as they could without ruining the dish. They nailed it! It had the perfect amount of heat while still being full of flavor. I've visited twice and have been impressed both times.
The food is not good quality and our waitress seemed very confused about everything we asked. I don't think I've seen someone under 60 in here. It's dark and outdated and kinda scary inside. I don't know how it's open. We ordered nachos. They literally piled all the nachos on top of each other and put some toppings on the top 4 nachos. That's IT. LAYER THE NACHOS. THATS JUST LAZY KITCHEN STAFF. The burger tasted frozen and cheap. The awesome bread was good. But it's garlic bread with cheese and bacon, how can one screw that up? Will not be back. So old and dingy.
