Okay first off, hellllll no!!! Get outta here! You people call this a restaurant? This is absolutely the worst and I mean THE WORST APPLEBEE 'S I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! We had to wait 5 minutes before actually someone at the front showed up and actually seated us. It was sort of cool in there, not too bad. Okay so I was with my girl and we just wanted to share something light cause we weren 't staaaarrrving but we were feeling a bit hungry. So we thought hey, ya know let 's just get something light, like that thai salad last time we got! Her: Oh yeahhh, like that other Applebee 's back up in North Jersey! Upon entering, we were surprised to find the place completely deserted—literally no one in sight. We called out a few times and walked through the dining area, but there was no response. I peeked into the bar area and noticed a woman wiping down the counter. When I greeted her, she simply grunted in acknowledgment. Fortunately, a waitress soon appeared from the kitchen and seated us. The entire restaurant had a somewhat unpleasant odor reminiscent of a dirty kitchen. The table she seated us at was also dirty, but she quickly wiped it down as she took our drink orders. 0 star rating!! Left here tonight in utter disgust! Apparently there was some mess in the bathroom where the entire staff, including the manager found to be quite hilarious as they displayed in their laughter coming in and out of the bathroom passing our table numerous times while we were sitting in a booth closest to the bathroom! Despicable. Refused to pay the bill for having lost our entire appetite. Manager almost looked as though he found it quite funny when I told him my intentions of not paying which wasn't shocking as he was the one in and out of the bathroom with the rest of them!! What a disgrace to the neighborhood. We don't need chains in our nice town. Locals MANY BETTER CHOICES...
If I could give zero stars, I would. We have been going to this location for years! The servers have come and gone as well as the management. However, we go because it 's never crowded and we get seated with a big party quickly. Tonight was the end. Party of 8. After we ordered, they came to tell us that they ran out of three of our dishes. We literally waited one hour before we got our food. That was after tracking down the manager and asking her for help. The place was empty! Four tables at most. Drinks stayed empty for a good 40 mins. After complaining to the manager, the food came to the table. Been coming here for years and tonight was very disappointing. We sat at the bar and she was the most laziest, unprofessional, just there bare minimum. Another worker from there was sitting at the bar which is who she talked to the whole time ignoring her customers . Never a Thank you or a look ! Had to ask for everything. The whole floor was sticky all over . I don't ever order anything crazy because it is just Applebee's so I stick to chicken fingers which came out way over cooked like they were sitting under the heater forever ! Horrible customer service, worst Applebee's experience. The waitress didn't explain the two for twenty very well. We ordered the wings with the two for twenty entrees which we thought was part of it, but she than can back afterwards saying that since the wings were not boneless they were not a part of the two for twenty after she took the order only to come back and say that our wings was not part of it. Then wings had to be with no bones, really!!! What's the difference??!! When ask for a manager to get a little understanding as to what the difference was he explained that you get less for the boneless wings and that's why there a part of the two for twenty. However, we had some issues with our server. She seemed to be having a bad day. We had to ask for our utensils, and after delivering our food, she hurried off. I couldn't understand why, especially since the restaurant wasn't busy. When I requested some extra fresh cilantro, she appeared annoyed, and another server had to bring it to us. The biggest issue was when she gave us the wrong change. When I pointed it out, she came back and practically slammed the money on the table. That’s definitely not acceptable! We ended up speaking with the manager about our experience. Overall, I would rate the food 3 stars and the service just 1 star.
This place was terrible! Took forever to get any drinks and when we got them it was horrible. Tables around us complaining about food. I would give no stars but had to put something to give review. Waitress was ok but wouldn't even stop to see if everything was ok she would say u ok as she running past table. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else not worth the money.
