Absolutely terrible! We used the QR code to order drinks and breakfast before our flight. The app displayed a bottle of house champagne for £14, so we ordered that along with toast, a bacon sandwich, and a sausage sandwich. However, when our drinks arrived, the champagne was just one glass. When I asked about the bottle, the waitress said that the picture was misleading and that a bottle would actually cost £75, but they didn't have any in stock anyway. The toast and sandwiches were dry and tasteless. We got a refund on the bacon sandwich as it was inedible. Don't bother with this place - go to Costa instead. It's a total rip-off and completely disappointing.
Had a meal here before our flight. I ordered the half chicken which when it arrived was huge. When I cut into it the middle of the chicken wasnt fully cooked. I spoke to the manager who couldnt have been more apologetic. He arranged a replacement meal and a full refund. He handled the situation really well and couldnt have handled it any better. I then had a burger which my husband had and it was really delicious and there was plenty of everything. Didnt expect a refund as meal was replaced but wouldnt have any issue eating here again. Everything else exceeded by expectations.
Dined before our evening flight. No one else in the restaurant but 4 staff sitting at a table talking. Food ordered via ap and when it came this is what I got as fish and chips. The peas looked as though they were just passed on from a previous customer and the fish really poor for the price. My wife's all day breakfast was poor but not so bad that we would have complained, as mine was. When I pointed out the peas the waiter wasn't interested! Don't go there!
A few weeks ago, my companions and I visited this restaurant and had to sign in with an app due to the new Covid regulations. This was a challenge for us as we are not very familiar with technology and have outdated phones. A staff member named Neil went above and beyond to assist us in navigating this process. He was extremely helpful and understanding. We are grateful for his assistance and service. Thank you, Neil (if that is indeed his name).

It’s terribly quiet here at the airport, but the staff (especially Mike) have helped me pass the time with great knowledge on their gin range and with their good sense of humour. Lovely staff, reasonable prices...I wish this was my usual airport!!!
Mike was an absolute gem in welcoming us to the airport. A great atmosphere and fantastic service . All around a fantastic experience! Thanks Mike for making it a great start to our day before jetting off on our holidays!
Recently visited for some drinks and a bite to eat before a flight food was really lovely and service was excellent, especially Mike who was most helpful. Will definitely come again :
The drinks are very pricey and the food is even more expensive. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly.
