Be careful with this place! First of all, I saw the staff completing a pint of beer with sparkling water ordered to the customer served before me! I was shocked!! I couldn't believe what I was seeing! When he realized that I saw it, he put more beer over the glass. Then, I order a bottle of sparkling water. He charged me £4.49 for a 750ml bottle, but he gave me a 330ml bottle. I asked him if it was correct and he told yes. When I asked him for the receipt and told him that I saw on the screen that he was charged for 750ml, he changed his argument telling that he clicked on the wrong one. As this is a departure lounge, it is important for the restaurant to understand that customers are in a hurry. I ordered the all day breakfast for £15 and was disappointed by the quality - the beans were dry, the bacon was curled up, and the eggs were rubbery. We waited 40 minutes for our food with no apology or acknowledgment of the delay. We received a refund, but the lack of customer service was unacceptable. The prices were excessive for the inedible food we received. It seems like they do not care about the quality of their products and are only interested in making a profit from a captive clientele. My advice: avoid this restaurant.
I typically don't write food reviews, but I had breakfast at this restaurant before my flight and was shocked. We paid £14 for two bacon sandwiches, which I found to be a complete rip-off. The buns were tiny and I almost choked on mine, as they were so small and dry with only two small pieces of bacon. I wouldn't have minded the high price if the sandwiches were decently sized and had more filling. I don't understand how some businesses can be so greedy. Charging £7 for a sandwich is outrageous, but if you're going to charge that much, at least make sure the food is good.
Shocking service. Rude staff bad attitude. Washed own table with their cloth. It was returned black. The place was filthy. And prices are a joke. Usually book lounge. Wish we had again !!

What an absolutely awful place. Staff seem less than happy, the whole place is minging dirty and the prices at £10 for a pint of beer glass of wine is disgraceful. Needs a deep clean!
The service at this restaurant was excellent, especially from Steve who was very helpful. The food was decent for an airport restaurant during a busy lunch time.

My wife and I called in for a drink,airport prices,staff were really nice,no issues,great view of the runway,very near the boarding gates.

None of the staff seemed happy to be at work, I felt I was inconveniencing them by ordering a drink. Poor poor standard of customer.
