we called last minute to see if a group of 8 could fit after a trip to sundown adventure and were very accommodating. the food was great and the service was even better. Although this was clearly enjoyed by many natives, we felt very comfortable. they had a Christmas song while we were there, so there was a really nice atmosphere. take them, there were the owners who made the effort to come and chat and even our children some chocolate for the trip to the house! the bees knee to visit was the highlight of the day for me and so glad that we found it! Many thanks for their hospitality and if we are ever close to the future, we will try to call again. orte like these are rare in these days, they continue what they do. the best for the future of the family leeds huddersfield with the token geordie!
I have been here a few times and thought it was time to put a review on which is not something that I normally do it's not your typical pub which works in its favour it has a nice friendly atmosphere where you could almost be sat in your own garden bar the staff are very helpful and nothing is a problem for them and the food is excellent and a wide choice of drinks on offer.well worth a visit if you're in the area
My husband and I have came to this village for a little break. We were recommended this pub and we were not let down. Friendly and professional staff. Amazing choice of drinks including their own gins. We will definitely come back! We did not eat here but the food looks amazing and the locals say the food is good! We highly recommend. Kim Kev.
we soon move to the opposite to see the local pubs while we are looking for our horses. the beeen knees were amazing and looked after us so well. we've done our different dates. really quirky place and the food was delicious. renter and the staff were friendly and helpful. I loved it! hopefully it will be our new location
