We haven't been out for a meal for well over a year now and decided to celebrate our anniversary with a meal at The Bell which was a great choice. It was an early Sunday lunch so the place wasn't too busy and we had excellent service from the moment we arrived to the time we left. The food was lovely and arrived promptly but as usual I ate too much and didn't have room for a pud. Well done to all teh staff and thank you
We were seated promptly and our orders were taken quickly. However, the food arrived a bit cold and it seemed like the potatoes had been sitting in the bain marie for a while before being served. We have had better Sunday lunches in the past, so I am hoping that this experience was just a one-off mistake.
Food was good, would have liked just a little more toast with pate and was little disappointed with side salad that I chose instead of fries. Pea shoots, and little else really. The service was great though and overall our group enjoyed lunch and went home happy.
We got everything we could have hoped for at this restaurant. The service was excellent, provided by a friendly and efficient staff who even served us a Mezze that wasn't on the menu for the day. The food and wine were fantastic. We will definitely be returning. Réservez une table maintenant
The food was good, service really good. However note to the restaurant, if your customer orders wine have the courtesy to show and open the bottle at the table. Always raises suspicion when it comes opened already, not great
The outdoor garden was perfect on a very hot day. The service was very quick and the food was delicious. The only small complaint was that they were out of olives and rustic bread.
First visit since refurbishment. Nice decor, didn't look round too much as getting busy. Food was lovely, staff attentive. Will certainly come back.
