I met a friend for lunch here before visiting the nearby Rousham gardens. We had a lovely lunch in this beautiful old pub- the service was excellent and the food delicious, with an imaginative menu. What more could you want?

Sharing roast was a bit disappointed with the small amount of meat , half a VERY small overcooked chicken and 2 thin slices of ham between 2 . Staff were very friendly and attentive.

A very tasty meal. It was lovely to gave something a bit different to the standard pub grub fare The pork in the feast dish I had was delicious Service was great and very friendly

Amazing food while staying for a few days nearby. Everything about the place was great from friendly welcome to service and tasty food. We would thoroughly recommend!
