I have been going to The Bent Spoon since the day they opened. But sadly, they no longer behave like a local ice cream shop that treats you like a neighbor. I 'm cool with the crowds, but today was a step too far. We stopped in with our 10, 8 3 year old. The five of us all like different flavors of ice cream, which isn 't uncommon I imagine. But check this out...when I ordered 1 scoop of vanilla for our 3 year old, I was told they only serve 2 scoops per order. OK, we can figure this out, no prob. So I rationally asked if they could put one vanilla scoop for our 3-year old into one cup and put the chocolate scoop for our 10-year old in a different cup. Voila, they get the ice creams they wan...

Have you ever taken a bite of your ice cream and gotten hit with a blast of pure nostalgia from summers past? An ice cream combination of crème fraiche and blood orange sorbet instantly recalled an elevated creamsicle. Jesus, it was good. The best thing ever on a warm August night. Truly the best ice cream in Princeton if you’re craving anything other than the very classic flavors (for the best cookies n cream or butter pecan go to Halo Pub). The flavors are all knock outs but especially the niche, locally inspired ones: ricotta, corn and lavender mascarpone are very good. Line is always long but moves fast.

This is the best ice cream ice ever had. Creamy and obviously recently made. No signs of defrosting and then re-freezing. The place is always packed and the store in tiny, which is why the atmosphere rating is low. I keep going back for the cardamom and ginger ice cream. It’s the most unique flavor I’ve ever had, and it’s addicting. I love the little pieces of ginger in it. Would definitely recommend.

Literally the best ice cream i’ve ever had in my life. My only complaint is they put the ice cream in a cup that’s only half the size of the ice cream itself, so it gets all over the sides of the cup and your hands. If they got bigger cups and used the same amount of ice cream it would be a much more pleasant experience! Will still be back, it was so good Réservez une table maintenant

If you're visiting Princeton during the summer months, a stop at The Bent Spoon is a must. Their ice cream is undeniably delicious with a plethora of flavors to choose from. They're particularly good at cookies too, so I highly recommend trying the ice cream sandwich between two homemade cookies. Just a heads up though—it might melt quickly! :

Some might wonder why you'd wait 30 minutes for what seems like the same old ice cream. But no, my friend, you're no fool—this isn't just any ice cream, it's THE Bent Spoon ice cream! Worth the wait and every single calorie!

Usually there is a long queue but once you get the taste of the ice creams, waiting becomes worth. Their ice creams are super flavourful!
