The Berwick Tearoom

Attended the House/Soul event on 25th Feb 2017. Do not attempt to get to The Manor by public transport because the walk involves a narrow country road with no pavement, walking on grass at night is not fun. The music was great, especially the house room but the drinks were very expensive. £8 for a double JD and coke, £5 for single. £4 for a Bud beer. Everyone was having a good time though regardless.

Been here a couple of times. It's a really nice venue. The food is great as is the service and staff. The last time we were here was for my mums wake. The staff were really helpful at such an incredibly difficult time, they took really good care of us and all who came to raise a glass in mums memory. I would thoroughly recommend a visit.

Went to this Restaurant today for lunch. There were 15 of us and we had the set menu. The food was excellent and Lindsey and the rest of the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, they looked after us extremely well. Will definitely be going again.

We didn't eat, we were here for an event for MIND charity. From arriving to leaving we can't fault the service and friendliness of staff. We had a fabulous day/evening and will definitely be back. Clean toilets, reasonably priced drinks and a good vibe

An absolute brilliant place with the two lovely ladies, who pampered to our every need at my Surprise 60th Birthday Celebrations It was an amazing afternoon and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the occassion Would highly recommend the place x Thanks

Well decorated hotel and restaurant. Not really busy. Which is good to relax out of city. Staff amazing friendly and professional . Food superb! Tasty and huge portions considering price. We go back there for sure! Thank you.

A really lovely local tea room, in a country setting. Friendly staff and lovely food. Their toasted sarnie scare the best! What more could we want? Maybe a license so we could have a glass of Prosecco with our cake!

The Manor is back to its old self! It's like being back home, most of the old staff are back and the food is fantastic. And it's good to see Giovanni's smiling face. Sunday lunch was so lovely.

Such a lovely, quaint tea room! Scrummy sandwiches, cakes and tea. The ladies were so helpful and accommodating! Can’t wait to visit again xxx
