The Bistro is a charming spot to enjoy a late meal while staying at the hotel. We arrived in Seattle later in the evening, which limited our dining options, but fortunately, The Bistro was open until 10 PM. The menu may be small, but it offers a few good choices. The prices were surprisingly reasonable for the location; I ordered the Flatbread Pizza for $12, and my dad chose the burger and fries, which were similarly priced. Although we don't drink alcohol, we enjoyed some water and diet Pepsi while watching an NHL playoff game, chatting, planning our sightseeing, and soaking up the ambiance.

I thoroughly enjoyed the waffles topped with walnuts and berries; they were absolutely delicious! The French toast with strawberries was average, though. On the other hand, the coffee and brownie à la mode, which also featured walnuts, were outstanding. Breakfast prices ranged from approximately $11 to $15. The service was both friendly and efficient.

I wanted to highlight the fantastic service provided by Chris, the manager. He is incredibly warm and goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone who visits the Bistro feels welcomed. We truly appreciated his efforts. (The food, however, is nothing to write home about.)
The blueberry oatmeal was quite dry. It felt like I was served a large portion of oatmeal with just five small berries mixed in. It didn't taste good and definitely wasn't worth the price.
The farmstand breakfast is packed with flavor and absolutely delicious! Cari, at the order stand and coffee bar, was fantastic and worked incredibly hard. A big thank you to her!
This restaurant is staffed by kind and attentive individuals. They offer fresh, juicy fruit and have excellent management. I will definitely be returning to dine here!

I really enjoyed that this place is attached to the Marriott Pioneer Downtown. The food was great, and the atmosphere was very comfortable.
Great service but out of lots of stuff. Marriot, it is time to get your act together!
