This "Espresso Baa" - a wry play on words - occupies a perfect location on the Ground Floor, parallel to the footpath and the light rail line. The seating is exclusively outdoors, in a courtyard atmosphere with comfortable wooden seating and tables, helpfully shaded by large umbrellas. They serve breakfast from early until 11.00am, and lunch from 11.00am until 2.30pm. Bacon seems to feature fairly prominently (Bacon & Egg Roll : $9.50; Bacon & Eggs, with toast $11.50), although a healthier alternative is the Acai Bowl ($12.00) or the Avocado on Toast ($9.50), plus toasted sandwiches available all day (including chicken, roast vegetable, shaved ham, pulled pork, and bacon) with prices either...
I stopped in at Black Lamb on a Monday morning having fasted for a blood test. The cafe is at the base of a private clinic/ hospital. Maybe it was my abject hunger or good quality ingredients in their menu, I'm not sure. But the loaded croissant that I had tasted outstanding. The ham in particular had a nicely pronounced smoked flavour.The staff are friendly and create a relaxed atmosphere. Rounded off with really well made coffee, this spot came as a welcome surprise in an area of town where I was not all that hopeful.
We stopped into this busy little eatery for lunch on our way to a doctor's appointment. There is outside seating only and a tight but good little menu to choose from. We opted for toasted sandwiches (pulled pork and chicken, cheese and avocado - alas no avocado on the day) accompanied by a good flavoured coffee. There were some tasy looking salads on display as well as some burgers that seemed to be popular. IT is easily accessible for the mobility-impaired.
This is a lovely little coffee shop near a hospital clinic. The choice of food for this little place was really good with some lovely healthy options. There is a little outside area to to sit. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem would be parking, there is extremely limited street parking. There is a big car park underneath, if you are visiting the clinic it is free

how pleasant, are served by happy smiling people. coffee was very good. the lamb burger was really delicious, very damp tasty patty with good salat and a bonus egg. the avocado smash was a well presented generous service and extended by the dusting of...dukkah covid protocols were good that will work with the good food and coffee will visit a return
this morning eggs benedict enjoyed a fantastic breakfast with crispy speck and homemade relish. for a lactose and gluten-tolerant person I have rarely got many possibilities and they offered not only a generous, beautifully prepared dish, but it came with smiles. The coffee was also excellent!
Needed to attend an early morning appointment at The Pacific Private Clinic, so decided to grab a quick bite to eat beforehandWe had delicious fresh, crispy croissants baked on the premises and some very yummy coffeeService was good and so was the music, all in all a very good vibe
Great coffee. They always make an effort to remember what you have. Great fresh food that they make on site. Banana bread is the perfect warn take away. If donuts are your thing then you are in luck. Worth the stop for a coffee. Staff are always friendly

Stumbled upon this gem whilst waiting for my xray next door. Had a long black coffee and a bacon and egg roll which was just sublime. Service is friendly and warm. I will be back to try the burgers.
