I drink espresso every time I go there. They never heat the cup even though they run hot water through the machine while my cup sits close by.They also should change the rags they use more often. Or at least rinse them more frequently.They use these rags to wipe off the drips on my coffee cup before they serve it to me.This has happened multiple times, not just once.I realize that most places serve coffee in paper cups but I always drink out of ceramic maybe this just an educational thing.
The title is a little misleading. There are actually very few cocktails offered, and you cannot vary from the listing. They can’t add alcohol to any coffees unless they already have it. They can’t add ice cream to a non-ice cream drink. It is exactly what the listing is. The drinks we had were tasty, but a bit expensive for what they were.
The food and drinks are fantastic, but it's hard to ignore how the staff seems to dislike their jobs and any customers who ask questions. I've visited several times and interacted with different cashiers, and each time, when I ask even a simple question, they react as if I'm putting them out.

They charge you for getting less ice. No one wants watery coffee after 20mins, we live in florida, will not be coming back. Penny pinching business

This is the best coffee I’ve ever had. Ordered a hot vanilla latte, it’s so smooth. Bagel was delicious as well.
