The Blue Line Hockey

Last night was the second time in as many weeks that we have walked out without being served. I am unsure what the change is, but it is definitely not the same Blue Line that we have loved for the last few years. If you sit at the bar, you will likely receive decent service and not have to wait. If the bar seats are full, good luck. Both times, we have sat for 20 minutes without drinks, a menu, water (only this recent time), or even a “hello, we will be right with you”. The staff seemed like they did not want to be there. We will try again in a few weeks and see if it improves.

We’ve been down twice since Letty got back. Everything on the menu is fabulous. But if you want a real treat, they have THE BEST chicken tenders in this city!Not to mention, I always over dose on the cheese curds. Now, if we could only have black margaritas again!Welcome HOME, Letty!

Very nice surprise. The beer was cold and the prices were good. I had the wings and they were hot and as good as any wings I have had in kc. Nice bubble hockey game in the back was a pleasant surprise as well. The service was fast the whole visit.

probably one of the worst tasting tacos I had in the time. I am from a border state and tacos are a number one. no taste or season in the flesh and even the wings were müll. bartender was nice and makes a good margarita.

All around great bar. Wait bar staff are excellent. Food was good and quick to arrive. The owner is very engaged, personable and helpful to his staff. This will definitely be a stop every visit to KC.

letty was our server and was fantastic! ordering of nachos and Buffalo Battery Chickens. everyone was perfect. margaritas were also fantastic! always enjoy when we stop here. Thank you.

great atmosphere! great people! the personal is amazing! we are drawn to the river market 3 years ago and have been since! all to accept, good eating! by far the best pub in the city!

The fish nugget appetizer is the best. Lightly battered, extremely flaky flesh almost melts in your mouth.
